Refund and Returns Policy

At Gangber Digital Market Pvt Ltd we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with every purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for products purchased from our stores or online platform.
1. Returns
- Products may be returned within seven calendar days from the date of delivery if they are defective damaged or not as described.
- To be eligible for a return products must be unused in original condition and packaging with all accessories manuals and proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Certain products such as opened personal use items hygiene sensitive accessories software downloads and sealed consumables may not be eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved we will process the refund within seven to ten business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example wrong item shipped or a defect).
3. Exchanges and Replacements
- We replace items only if they are defective damaged or incorrect. If an identical replacement is available we will exchange the item free of cost where applicable.
- To request an exchange please contact our support within seven calendar days from delivery and follow the return process described below.
4. Non Returnable Items
- Products sold under special discount clearance or final sale promotions may be non returnable as specified at the time of purchase.
- Opened earphones personal care items consumables or items where the safety seal is broken are generally non returnable.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team by email or phone providing your order number date of purchase and reason for return. Include photos or video evidence if the item is defective or damaged.
- Our team will review the request and provide return instructions or arrange a pickup where applicable.
- Pack the product securely in the original packaging (if available) and include the invoice or proof of purchase.
- Ship the item using the courier option advised by our team. Keep tracking details until the return is complete.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund first check your bank account or payment service. Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider. If you still have not received the refund please contact us and provide the order details and refund reference.
7. Warranty Claims
For products covered under manufacturer warranty please contact us or the brand service centre as directed in the warranty card. We will assist you with warranty registration and claim processing. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product.
8. Shipping Cost Policy
- If the return is due to our error or a defective product we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For buyer initiated returns (change of mind wrong size etc) return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.
